What to expect
You'll receive a text with the storage location, available 30-minute windows, all fees, and a secure link to pick your time and pay online to confirm. A valid photo ID and a signed release of inventory are required at the location. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows incur a $75 rescheduling fee. If you are not the business owner, you'll be sent a form to print, complete, and have notarized.
